Terms of Service

Welcome to The Boundary Mom. By accessing theboundarymom.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.

About Our Products

The Boundary Mom provides digital parenting education materials, including The Boundary Vault — an ebook and phone app with 130 situation cards that tell you what to say and do in common moments with young children. Our content is designed to offer practical parenting strategies for adults raising children.

Important: Our products provide general parenting education only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. They do not create a professional-client relationship. If you are concerned about your child's behavior, development, or safety — or your own mental health — please consult a licensed professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use this website or purchase our products. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Purchases and Delivery

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. When you complete a purchase, you receive a license to access and use the purchased digital files for your personal, non-commercial use.

After payment is confirmed, your ebook download and phone-app link will be available on the thank-you page and sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to:

• Provide an accurate email address
• Check spam or promotions folders if you do not receive your files promptly
• Download and save your files — we are not obligated to provide unlimited re-delivery

We may update digital products from time to time. If you have purchased The Boundary Vault, you will receive access to updated versions of the files included in your purchase at no additional cost, when available.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on The Boundary Vault. Use the cards for 30 days. If they do not help, email info@theboundarymom.com within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your full purchase price. You may keep the book.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window may be declined at our discretion. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

License and Restrictions

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials. You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the files or substantial portions of their content
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our materials to create a competing product or course
• Claim our content as your own or imply endorsement without permission

Unauthorized use may result in termination of your license and additional legal remedies.
